Shipping & Returns

Shipping

(1) We offer a variety of choices for product delivery through the U.S. Post Office, and realtime calculation of shipping cost for customers in the US and International.

(2) All orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days of us receiving them & this excludes all observed holidays & Sundays. If any portion of your order is out stock we will contact you to ship what is available, or have you select additional items to replace the sold out item/s or refund the difference to your credit card or PayPal account.

(3) Your shipping price is based on weight, shipping method & final destination of your package.

(4) All Orders Domestic & International are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that some countries will impose taxes or duties on imported music (most notably in the EU). It has been our experience that most small packages are not subjected to import duties, but it has also been our experience that sometimes they are. Please know your countries policies on this and be prepared in the event that your will be asked to pay import tariffs. All US orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. All fees are included in the total shipping cost. That is why when you see the shipping cost it is slightly higher than just the shipping cost alone.

Return Policy

(1) We only offer Exchanges for when an item or items are flawed due to a manufacturer's defect. We are not responsible for damage during the shipping process, please refer to paragraph (2) for instructions. If the item/s are no longer available you can substitute with any in-stock product at equal or greater value. If you choose an item at a greater value then you will have to pay the difference before shipping out the replaced item/s. Before we send out any exchanges for damaged product you the customer will have to mail back the flawed item/s to Dr. Freecloud's Record Shoppe. You the customer are responsible for all shipping costs and also responsible for using proper packaging material to mail back any item/s to us.

(2) In the event that your package arrives damaged due to shipping, mishandling & rifling you will need to file a claim with your local Post Office. The Post Office will need you to provide the damaged item/s and also the original packaging material that came with the package in order to process the claim properly.
